Create Your Best Healthcare Resume

As a health care professional, whether you are providing home care or working in a hospital, whether you have been in the field for 20 years, or just starting your first job search in the healthcare industry it's important to know the fundamentals of a good resume for a health care professional.
Here we'll go into the basics of a great resume for a healthcare worker. Let's get started!

  1. Format - The format of your resume may be any style you like, but make sure that it is easy to read and understand. Also, make sure that you indicate both the month and the year of any experience you want to list. Also, while you may bold certain words, and enlarge others, you should use the same font throughout the entire document.
  2. Content - Have your complete contact information, and of course, make sure it is accurate. Also, make sure there is a direction, an objective, so that people reading your resume know exactly what you are hoping to find in the way of work.
  3. Credentials - List all of your certifications, and educational accomplishments. Any awards and recognitions that you have received as well. If you have your WCC certification you should definitely list that.
